Main posts are Φ114 × 2.5 mm hot-dip galvanised steel with a 2-layer electrostatic powder coating. Salt-spray tested for coastal and high-UV markets — specification sheets available for tender submissions.
Not injection moulded. Rotomoulded LLDPE keeps its colour and impact strength at −20 °C, resists UV fading for years, and can be re-moulded in any custom colour or shape.
Every bolt, clamp and connector is 304 stainless with anti-tamper caps, so the hardware does not rust out before the structure does. It is the single most common failure point in cheap playgrounds.
Send us a site photo, a CAD file or just dimensions. Our in-house design centre returns a 3D rendering, a layout drawing and a container-loading plan before you place the order.

How we work

Tell us the site, the age group and the budget. We respond within one business hour with a recommendation and an indicative price.
Our design centre produces a 3D visualisation, a site layout drawing and a bill of materials — free of charge, no obligation.
You receive an itemised ex-works or CIF quotation, plus samples of the steel, plastic and hardware on request.
Production starts after deposit. You get progress photos weekly, and we trial-assemble the full structure before packing.
Third-party inspection is welcome. We provide the container loading plan, packing list and full export documentation.
Installation manuals, drawings and optional on-site supervision. Wear parts are stocked for 5 years after delivery.
