What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, business e-mail address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, target product, quantity, destination country and message that you choose to provide. We also receive the IP address and timestamp of the submission as an anti-spam measure.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, to design a layout for your site and to correspond with you about the order. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is processed
The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our sales inbox by e-mail. Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare Pages. Both act as processors on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If you become a customer, order records are retained for the period required by Chinese tax and export law.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the sales e-mail address in the footer and we will action the request within 30 days.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies to protect the site against abuse; these are not used to build a profile of you.
