Product photography may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Custom designs developed for a client remain subject to the exclusivity terms agreed in that client’s contract.
Product safety and installation
Our equipment is designed and tested to the standards stated on the relevant product page. Final compliance also depends on correct installation on suitable ground with adequate fall-surfacing, and on ongoing inspection and maintenance. Installation manuals must be followed.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the terms of the contract for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will first be referred to good-faith negotiation, and thereafter to the competent court at our registered place of business.
