How we got here
How we got here
Kangpeng is rooted in Wuyi County, Zhejiang, an area that has been manufacturing metal and plastic goods for export for decades. We started with outdoor slides, and built the business on two things our early buyers kept asking for: consistent welding quality, and a lead time that did not move.
Rather than sub-contract, we invested in our own capabilities as demand grew. Tube cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, rotational moulding, a two-layer electrostatic powder coating line and final assembly now sit under one roof across 12,000 m², employing more than 160 people.
Today we export to more than 40 markets across North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa, and we operate a dedicated design centre so that custom themes, sizes and layouts can be developed in-house and returned to buyers as 3D renderings and container-loading plans.
Most of our business is OEM and ODM. Distributors, importers and project contractors come to us with their brand, their market requirements and their certification needs — and we manufacture to that brief without ever approaching their accounts.

How we work
Manufacture, do not broker
Tube cutting, welding, rotomoulding, coating and assembly all happen in our factory. We do not pass your order to a third party and add a margin.
Quote a lead time we can hold
A delivery date that slips is worse than a longer one quoted honestly. Lead times are confirmed in the contract and supported by weekly production photos.
Document everything
Certificate copies, test reports, material lists, installation manuals and loading plans ship with the goods, in your language, ready for customs and tender files.
Protect our partners
Custom designs can be made exclusive to you in your market. We manufacture under your brand and we do not sell around you.

3. Quotation & sample
You receive an itemised ex-works or CIF quotation, plus samples of the steel, plastic and hardware on request.
4. Production & QC
Production starts after deposit. You get progress photos weekly, and we trial-assemble the full structure before packing.
5. Inspection & shipping
Third-party inspection is welcome. We provide the container loading plan, packing list and full export documentation.
6. Installation & after-sales
Installation manuals, drawings and optional on-site supervision. Wear parts are stocked for 5 years after delivery.
